What We Do

At CrossRoads Youth Works, our mission is to encourage and equip youth in their walk with Jesus Christ. We desire to take each individual where they are and help them begin and/or grow in their personal relationship with Him. As we do this, we strive to help them make wise decisions based upon a biblical perspective.

  Weekly Studies

CrossRoads Kids

1-5 grade Thursdays 4-5:30pm*

CrossRoads Kids is a lively and fast paced hour and a half of fun activities and Bible learning for kids in grades 1-5. Children are encouraged to learn about Jesus, and even more than that, opportunities to trust in Him as their Savior.

JH J.A.M.

6-8 grade Wednesdays 4-5:30pm*

Jr. High J.A.M. (Jesus And Me) gives 6th-8th graders a foundation in God’s Word as well as an opportunity to have fun with their friends. Designed for students at all levels, the studies are basic enough for the student who isn’t yet a believer, but meaty enough to challenge the student who is a believer.

Teen Talks

9-12 grade Wednesdays 7-9pm

HS Teen Talks helps high schoolers in their walk with Christ, giving them encouragement and a breath of fresh air, away from the pressures of daily life. During these two hours teens will fellowship with other believers and study the Bible together on their way to drawing closer to Jesus. There is an opportunity to join the praise band which will practice during part of this time when a gig is coming up.

*We provide transportation services from school to CrossRoads. The CrossRoads vans will be waiting in the school pick-up area after school and will bring kids down to CrossRoads. Parents will need to pick their kids up after.

  Discipleship Groups

Iron Men

7-12 grade Wednesdays 7-7:45am

Iron Men and Spaghetti Girls are CrossRoads’ two main discipleship programs. Meeting before school each week, these groups are designed to challenge 7th –12th grade students to dig deeper in their relationship with Christ. In today’s American culture, it is fine to call yourself a Christian, but it is something else to be sold out to Him, living daily for Him. We challenge the teens to be that something else.

We provide transportation services to school after this group meets.

  Friday Nights

6-12 grade Fridays 7-10pm

Friday can be a crazy night around CrossRoads, with loud music and loud students. It is a come-and-go hang out time for junior high and high school students.
